Welcome to WealthPath. By downloading, accessing, or using our iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

WealthPath is a software tool designed to help you organize and visualize your financial data. We are not financial advisors, tax professionals, or brokers. The insights, charts, and AI projections generated by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. You should always consult a certified professional before making significant financial decisions.
WealthPath 是一款旨在幫助您整理並視覺化財務數據的軟體工具。我們並非財務顧問、稅務專家或經紀人。 本 App 所產生的所有洞察、圖表及 AI 財務預測僅供參考與教育目的。在做出任何重大財務決策之前，您應始終諮詢合格的專業人士。
Your financial logic, data, and inputs are exclusively stored locally on your device (and your iCloud, if enabled). You retain full ownership of your data. Because WealthPath operates primarily offline without a centralized database, we cannot recover lost data if you delete the App or lose your device without an iCloud backup.
您的財務邏輯、數據與輸入資訊皆專屬儲存於您的設備本機端（或您的 iCloud 空間中，若已啟用）。您保留資料的完整所有權。因為 WealthPath 主要在離線狀態運作而沒有集中式資料庫，若您刪除本 App 或遺失設備且未有 iCloud 備份，我們無法為您恢復遺失的資料。
WealthPath offers both a free tier and a "Premium" one-time purchase. The free tier includes essential tracking and goal setting. A one-time purchase of Premium unlocks advanced features like unlimited scenario planning and scenario comparison permanently. The purchase is processed through your Apple ID account. As this is a one-time purchase, there are no recurring charges.
WealthPath 提供免費方案與「Premium」一次性買斷升級。免費方案包含基本的追蹤與目標設定；一次性購買 Premium 即可永久解鎖如無限制情境規劃及情境比較等進階功能。購買費用將透過您的 Apple ID 帳戶收取。由於採買斷制，無需支付任何週期性費用。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthPath and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its projections.
在法律允許的最大範圍內，WealthPath 及其開發者對於因您使用本 App 或依賴其預測而導致的任何間接、偶然、特殊、結果性或懲罰性損害，或任何利潤、收入或資料的損失，概不承擔任何責任。
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
